Progress Report from HuMAN partners in Central African Republic.

By Kibwe Aikido - September 5, 2026

On behalf of the Central African Secular Humanists and all participants of The Bambari Secular Youth Farm, we want to extend our deepest gratitude for your generous support and funding. Your belief in our project has empowered local youth in Bambari through sustainable agriculture, critical thinking, and genuine mutual aid.

We are thrilled to share that the farm initiative has achieved truly remarkable results. Thanks to the tools, organic soil treatments, and seeds, our crops have flourished beyond our expectations. The recent harvests of amaranth, tomatoes, and okra have produced an incredible quantity of high-quality yield filling our fields with vibrant, healthy produce and bringing substantial food security and income to our community market. The sheer volume of this harvest stands as a powerful testament to what our youth can accomplish through shared effort and reason.

As our momentum continues to build, we are now preparing for our largest grain yields yet in the coming weeks. To handle this extraordinary quantity of food and protect our bumper crop from moisture and pests, our farm will urgently need a dedicated grain silo before the harvest begins. Securing proper storage capacity is critical to preserving the fruits of our labor, maintaining community stability, and maximizing the financial independence of our young members.

Thank you once again for standing with us and helping us build a compassionate, rational, and thriving humanist community here in Bambari.
