1-Day Intensive Workshop for 50 Indigenous Alangan Mangyan Women and Girls

  (Adolescents & Youth): Ages 12 to 25 (Married Women): Ages 26 to 50

Collaborating Partner: The Operating Room Nurses Association of the Philippines (ORNAP)

Session 1: (Ages 12-25): Menstrual cycle literacy, busting local myths, and safe anatomical boundaries.

Session 2 (Ages 26-50): Maternal health, vaginal microflora preservation, and avoiding infections by using only clean water and mild soap (preventing dependency on expensive chemical washes).

Hands-On Sustainability Workshop – by: Mrs. Rosalina Melendres-Valenton: Teaching participants how to construct, manually stitch, wash, and dry their own eco-friendly reusable cloth sanitary pads using sustainable textiles.

Integrated Community Distribution: Distribution of individual sustainability kits and visual reading charts.  – by: Ms. Crezeil Sanyuan – Leviste
