$85 to Safe House for thirty-two Women and Children in Mawlamyine, Myanmar. Funds will be spend on food and basic needs, and on sewing equipment, to provide income. Families are escaping domestic abuse, rape, child rape, or were abandoned.

The Director wrote: We are so happy to tell you that we bought our catering equipment the equipment purchased include the following: Saucepans, Cutlery, dishes, trays,  tea cups, plates, we really deeply appreciate HGC for funding us, the funds from HGC  is a blessing  to us as this is the first fund to us since we formed collective efforts foundation.

We have all agreed to use these few equipment carefully and half of the profit from equipment will be used to buy more new equipment. We have many hopes that community members will always hire our catering equipment as they pay good money to us.

$120 was given to Man Maya Tamang, a 60-year-old woman from Sindhupalchowk, Tinchuli Arubari, Nepal. She now lives in Kathmandu and is impoverished. Funds for a Vegetable Cart will help her make $120/month selling produce in the street. Costs are Cart - $150, Weighing machine $30, Vegetables - $120

$155 for Adda Yahaya, a refugee in the Maiduguri, Nigeria IDP (internally displaced persons) camp. She is a widow - her husband was killed by Boko Haram - with 7 children. The funds will help Adda start a mini provisions store

$61 to Patricia Namara, a student majoring in Diplomacy and International Relations at Uganda Martyrs University in Nkozi. She will spend $50 on books, $30 on food and $20 on sanitary pads.

$245 was sent to BiZoHa Humanist Orphanage in Muhokya, Uganda - funds will be spent on food & shoes. BiZoHa is the ‘world’s first atheist orphanage’ that HGC built in 2015.

$65 was sent to Kisimu, Kenya - to buy Manure and Tools for the HGC Fruit Orchard - it provides food for the 30 orphans of Humanist Orphan Center Kenya, and profits from selling the fruit will help pay their school tuitions
