Project Description

The Tai Solarin Humanist School proposes to establish a Sustainable Clean Water Project aimed at providing safe, clean water for students, teachers, and the surrounding community. This project will serve as a vital health resource and an income-generating water kiosk, ensuring health, self-reliance, and operational sustainability for the school.

The clean water project will focus on:

● Digging a secure well water source on the school grounds.

● Installing a reliable water storage tank to maintain a steady supply.

● Using safe treatment chemicals to purify drinking water.

● Distributing clean water to students while selling affordable water to the local community to fund ongoing school costs.

Key Features of the Project

● A well water system was dug safely on school premises

● Elevated storage can/tank for consistent water pressure and storage

● Water purification setup utilizing safe treatment chemicals

● Kiosk management system for community distribution and tracking

Teachers and school managers will actively supervise the maintenance of the project, gaining hands-on experience in community resource management while generating auxiliary support for the school. Students will benefit directly from premium hygiene standards that safeguard their health and complement their learning environment.
